Transfer students are guaranteed on-campus housing for one year.

• Transfer Community at Porter College and other campus-sponsored options
• Redwood Grove apartments and the University Town Center (UTC) are two other convenient housing locations open to incoming transfer students
• Family Student Housing is a great place to live, and offers a unique living experience for UCSC students and their families. This family-friendly community overlooks the Monterey Bay and offers beautiful views.
• Community Rentals-The Community Rentals Office serves as a resource for UC Santa Cruz students, faculty, and staff interested in seeking off-campus housing.
