List of Services Who are Re-Entry Students?
Undergraduate students over the age of 25, graduate students over the age of 29, those who have had a substantial break in their academic work, and students with children. At UCSC, over 12% of the student body are re-entry students.

Older students attend the University for a variety of reasons: to complete an academic degree; to make a career or lifestyle change; or for the opportunity to be in an intellectually stimulating and academically challenging environment.

What is Re-Entry Services?
A Student Affairs program that provides re-entry students with a broad range of academic and personal support. Staff members are available on an appointment and drop-in basis to assist UCSC and prospective students with their concerns. At the Re-Entry Center, you will find a lounge with a computer center, microwave, study area, and place to relax and meet friends. Whether you are thinking about returning to school, transferring from a community college, or are currently enrolled, Re-Entry Services has something to offer you.
